Jabatan Kesihatan Kedah pantau mutu perkhidmatan jururawat desa
Salam sejahtera..saya gov servant Dan jg berkhdmt di kmterian kesihatan..amat kesal di atas apa yang berlaku kepada saya sebagai waris pesakit yg ingin mendapat rawatan di Hops sultan abdul halim..apa yang saya tidal berpuas hati ialah sikap housement Dan staff nurse yang menipu sy sbgai waris pesakit. Ibu saya ditempatkan di sick bay sementara utk menunggu blood result..Tetapi setelah menunggu selama 4jam, sy dimaklumkn Oleh dr bhw sample darah ibu sy rosak. Tetapi sebenarya hilang somewhere in the middle and shortly not ttraceable..informed by my mother..it was all happen in casualty dept..that was one part..since I did not know then I allowed second sample been take..but the housement was rude when I asked to take my mother home straight away after 4hours waiting for nothing..the ho should ask an apology not to lie and rudely took my mothers blood..what I can see her lack of skill torturing my mother..i would rather not to say she did that on purpose though..that was so unforgivable..I do have the name of the housement and the staff nurses and medical officer who are the one responsible to the missing of my mother's blood sample..I am willingly and indeed want this message reach pengarah hospital SULTAn ABDUL HALIM sg petani kedah as to improve the quality of services and mesra pesakit..tq
